Jody Graydon
As a long time social activist and a life long concerned citizen, Jody uses her writing to educate others on often forgotten social issues.
Jody's hunger for knowledge feeds into her ever expanding interests, which fuels her desire to write. A few of her current interests include; Environmental Issues, Child Welfare, Politics and Society, New Media, Special Needs Education and Aboriginal Rights.
Her writing career officially began at the University of Western Ontario, where she studied journalism and the inner-workings of the media industry. She completed her MA in Communications at Ottawa University, where she studied Aboriginal Representations in the Media.
Since the completion of her graduate degree, Jody has broadened her interest in the publishing sector to also include editorial work. Not only is she an avid and passionate writer but she also has a keen eye for lay out and design.
Currently, Jody is a freelance writer who also works as an instructor therapist at a school for children with special needs.
She hopes that you enjoy reading her work as much as she enjoys writing it.
